We deliver most grinding materials within 1-2 working days from our own warehouse in Emmeloord. However, it is possible that we do not have a certain type or brand in stock. In that case, we will supply the product from our factory's factory stock. You should take into account an expected delivery time of approximately 7 to 12 working days if it is in stock at the factory. If this is the case, we will personally inform you of the delivery time.

If, for whatever reason, you want to return your order (or part of it), you can of course do that. This may be done within 14 days of receipt of the goods. A few things are important here:

• The order must be registered within 14 days for return.
• The shipping costs, both there and back, are for the account of the customer
• The product must not be used and/or damaged, including the packaging.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• The original packaging must be undamaged.
• The product must be returned in a (outer) box.
• Custom-made products are of course not covered by the return policy.

What do I have to do to return a product?

To return the product, you can fill in the return form on our site.
Fill in the details and send the form by pressing the continue button.
We will send you a form, print it out, fold the form in half and stick it on the outer box.
After processing your return, we will arrange the return payment via the payment method chosen by you.
The payment will be refunded to your account or via your chosen payment method within 5 working days after processing the return.

The (Organization for the Safety of Abrasives) is an international quality mark. Tools that have this quality mark meet strict worldwide guidelines and therefore meet the strictest safety requirements.

Haven't received a shipping confirmation from us yet? To change your address, please contact our customer service. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, change your address with "change delivery" in the Tracking & Tracking section of our delivery service. If your package is already too far away in the delivery process, this is unfortunately no longer possible even through customer service. Then there will be a notification on your Tracking & Tracking page. If you can pick up the package from there, you can ask the residents of the wrong address

It is also possible that you entered an incorrect email address. No money withdrawn? Then the payment was not successful. You can then place your order again.
