What do I have to do to return a product?

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

If, for whatever reason, you want to return your order (or part of it), you can of course do that.
This may be done within 14 days of receipt of the goods. A few things are important here:

  • The order must be registered within 14 days for return.
     
  • The shipping costs, both there and back, are for the account of the customer
     
  • The product must not be used and/or damaged, including the packaging.
     
  • It must be in the original packaging.
     
  • The original packaging must be undamaged.
     
  • The product must be returned in a (outer) box.
     
  • Custom-made products are of course not covered by the return policy.


What do I have to do to return a product?

To return the product, you can fill in the return form on our site. Fill in the details and send the form by pressing the continue button.
We will send you a form, print it out, fold the form in half and stick it on the outer box.
After processing your return, we will arrange the return payment via the payment method chosen by you.
The payment will be refunded to your account or via your chosen payment method within 5 working days after processing the return.
